We can ship worldwide, excluding sanctioned countries. If you can’t find your country listed during checkout, please reach out to us at info@groomingcult.com, and we’ll gladly assist you.

Please note that the risk of the products transfers to the purchaser upon shipping. It’s the responsibility of the recipient to inspect items upon receipt. In case of any damage during delivery, contact the carrier’s customer service immediately, as we cannot reimburse packages damaged in transit. Please inspect your order upon arrival, and if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, let us know promptly so we can address the issue.

We can ship to the US and Canada. However, please note that for our aftershave lotions, we do not take responsibility for any customs seizures. Additionally, we are not responsible for any customs fees or charges imposed by your country’s customs authority.

We are not responsible for any customs fees incurred in the customer’s country, the purchaser is responsible for these charges. For our Greek customers, we partner with SPPEDEX and occasionally with Greek postal ELTA, both with tracking numbers. For EU and international shipping, we collaborate with DHL and Greek postal ELTA, also providing tracking numbers. Shipping costs can be found in the table below.
